WOW Facility

Embassy Suites, 2401 Bass Pro Drive, Grapevine, TX 76051

Every room is a two-room suite. The bedroom has two full sized beds. The living area has a sofa that pulls out into a bed and a small kitchenette. Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall is nearby, and Embassy Suites offers

There is a free shuttle service to and from the Mall. Directions to Embassy Suites are available on our map page.

Room Rates and Mates

Room for one – $175

Room for two – $115 per person

Room for three – $95 per person

Room for four – $85 per person

Make requests for roommates on the Registration Form. Please coordinate requests with your friends.

Teens

Teens only suites of 4 to 6 teens will be arranged as needed, with a special rate of $50 per teen. Teens will have two Bible study/break-out sessions. Please request teen roommates on the Registration Form.

Registration

The Registration Form should be completed and mailed by January 15, 2010.

Make checks payable to Marilu King. Checks will be deposited when received.

Because a non-refundable deposit is required by Embassy Suites, we are unable to provide a refund of your registration after January 25, 2010.

Requests for late registration will be honored on a rooms-available basis.

Donation

We realize that some ladies and teens may not be able to afford the cost of WOW. If you wish to

share in this cost, you may indicate this on the Registration Form as a donation. As we learn of specific

needs, we will share with them as we can.

Advertising

A FaithWorks notebook with outlines and other materials will be available for each participant. Advertising or a “Shout Out” in the notebook are available. Please see the advertising form for costs and details.
